How long will it take before I receive my order?
We do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. It currently takes about 2 to 4 working days for us to process your order. Packages are shipped via DHL. In general, they deliver the next working day.
I want to place an order on your website. Can I also pick this up?
Of course! It is possible to collect your order from us. When completing your order, click on pick up under shipping information instead of sending. You can collect your package at the following address: Vlijtseweg 108, 7317 AG Apeldoorn.
Can I have an order sent to someone as a gift?
Yes, that's possible. In this case, enter the recipient's details at delivery address. For billing address, enter your own address details.
What do I do if my order is incorrect or if something is damaged?
Of course that is not the intention! In this case, please contact us at info@fikkaarsen.nl and let us know what went wrong. Please include your order number so that we can help you quickly.
If a product is broken, we would also like to receive a photo of this.
